Conference delegates should register through the online registration system. Please register before 7th August to avoid the addition of a late fee:

Bursary awardees who wish to pay for accommodation or the lunch package should also register using the online registration system (but should not elect to to pay the conference fee).

Conference fees

• Full conference package

  £290.00 (LAGB MEMBERS) /£310 (NON-MEMBERS)
  Includes conference fee, three nights accommodation (Wednesday, Thursday, Friday), tea/coffee, wine receptions, and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

• Conference package excluding accommodation

  £140.00 (LAGB MEMBERS) /£160 (NON-MEMBERS)
  Includes conference fee, tea/coffee, wine receptions, and lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday.

• Individual conference day

  £40.00 (LAGB MEMBERS) / 45.00 (NON-MEMBERS)
  Includes conference fee, tea/coffee, wine reception (where applicable), and lunch.

• Individual night's accommodation

  £50.00
  Individual night's accommodation can be booked from Tuesday 6th September (the day before the conference) to Saturday 11th September (the final night of the conference).

• Bursary lunch package

  £25.00
  Bursary awardees may purchase a lunch package for lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Note that lunch is included in the standard conference fee.
